Roller Gear CAM R.T.

Less backlash during the clockwise/ anticlockwise rotation. Less wear for the transmission mechanism High speed: 83-110 pm

Worm and Gear R.T.

Uses high tensile brass for worm gear material. It strength is better thanferro alloy and wear resistance is 2.6 times longer then Worm gear made of aluminium bronze. Available with pneumatic and hydraulic braking system depends on light to heavy duty application.

CNC Index Table Hirth Coupling Series

Accuracy:±5 seconds Rotates without lifting the table to prevent the table from water and particles. Designed for horizontal machining center or horizontal drilling or tapping center.Use three piece clutch system. Available in 1°or 5°increment

Non- CNC Hydraulic Index Table Hirth Coupling Series

Accuracy:±5 seconds Rotates without lifting the table to prevent the table from water and particles. Designed for both vertical and horizontal application. Use three piece clutch system

4th & 5th Axis

Dual-axis dual-arm type

Driven by Worm and Gear

Both the tilting axis and rotary axis use radial and axial bearings. Japanese made worm gear are employed to improve wear resistance and precision of tilting axis.

Dual-axis single-arm type

Driven by Worm and Gear

Both the tilting axis and rotary axis use radial and axial bearings. Japanese made worm gear is employed to improve wear resistance and precision of tilting axis. Max. tilting angle: ±110°

Dual axis driven by DDM

Driven by Direct Drive Motor

Uses 2 DD motor for rotary & tilting or one DD motor for rotary & Roller cam for tilting. Also available in dual axis single arm version for horizontal application with option of Pneumatic /hydraulic braking.

Driven by Roller Gear Cam

Uses Japanese make roller cam for both rotary & tilting.

Auto Pallet Changer

For Horizontal M.C

Tray type pallet changer,rotation method- hydraulic hirth coupling, positioning method – cone positioning, Rotation angle - 180° to & fro. Pallet changing time around 8 sec.

For Vertical M.C

Hook type pallet changer suitable for C type vertical machining center or drilling & tapping center, Rotation method- hydraulic hirth coupling, positioning method – cone positioning, Rotation angle - 180° to & fro. Pallet changing time around 8 sec.

With a reserved M Code in the machine center. TJR SAC single axis controller or AIC hydraulic controller can be easily installed, no matter which brand of control system is used.
